A few years ago, I was drained, depleted, and burnt out. It was taking all of my inner strength and resources just to get through the day. I was so physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausted that I had absolutely nothing left to give to my family or friends, let alone to myself. My personal breakthrough came when I hired my first coach. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen and heard and validated. Through that coaching experience, I was able to heal from decades-old trauma and finally step fully into my own power. The coaching relationship gave me the permission I needed to finally take control of my life, stop settling for less than I desired, and write my own happy ending.
Through one-on-one coaching, I was able to learn how to create the joyful, fulfilled life that I had been craving. I learned how to release the weight of other people's expectations and create a life that was fully aligned with my own truth.
